REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Quiet Strength Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
We are committed to providing a supportive and empowering coaching experience.
This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

All coaching purchases—whether individual sessions, coaching packages, programs, or digital materials—are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Completed sessions

  • Missed sessions

  • Late cancellations

  • Digital downloads

  • Coaching packages

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Quiet Strength Coaching LLC.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens, and schedules can shift.
To respect both your time and ours, the following applies:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

You may reschedule through your scheduling confirmation link or by emailing tonyhull@quietstrengthcoaching.com.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee

This includes same-day cancellations and missed appointments.

No-shows are charged the full session rate

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages or multi-session bundles must be used within:

6 months of the purchase date

(unless otherwise noted)

Unused sessions:

  • Do not roll over beyond the expiration

  • Are not refundable

  • Are not transferable to another person

4. Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies and unexpected events happen.
Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Quiet Strength Coaching LLC.

5. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late:

  • Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time

  • No partial refunds or credits will be given

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show

6. Technical Issues

If technical issues occur during a virtual session and are caused by:

A. The Company (Quiet Strength Coaching LLC)

The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

B. The Client

The missed portion may be counted toward the session time.
